Waymatic welding and fabricating was founded in the early 1950's by T.J. Easterwood of South Fulton, TN.
The name "Waymatic" was coined from a machine T.J. invented and manufactured. The machine was a combination filler and automatic weight
regulator for bagging of free-flowing dry materials such as popcorn, grain, seed or feed. This machine could be used in conjunction with
any existing platform scale, making it an automatic weighing scale.
- The automatic bagger was a success with feed mills across the United States and Mexico. Many of the baggers are still in operation today.
- In the late 50's T.J. built a small special events trailer for a local Pepsi-Cola bottler. As a result, Waymatic concession trailers have been sold world-wide to corporations and individuals.
- Building on T.J.'s earlier successes and his adamant attention to quality and craftsmanship, today Waymatic is a 165,000 square foot facility in South Fulton, TN. We are leading the concession trailer industry in craftsmanship and customer service and we continue to strive to build the "Best Built Trailer In The Business."
- Waymatic also provides high-quality custom metal fabrication and welding to a wide variety of industries throughout the U.S.
